The data controller for personal data is Najumi. For any questions regarding your personal data, contact us at julien@najumi.fr.
We collect the following data: email address (during registration or via Google OAuth), usage data (number of generations per day), generation history (your inputs and AI-generated results), and billing data (Stripe identifiers for Pro subscribers). We do not collect any browsing data and do not use tracking cookies or analytics.
Your data is used to: provide and improve the HookLab service, manage your account and authentication, track your daily usage (free plan limits), manage your Pro subscription billing, and contact you when necessary regarding your account.
The processing of your data is based on contract performance (providing the service) and your consent (account creation). For billing, processing is necessary to comply with our legal obligations.
Your data is shared with the following providers, strictly necessary for the operation of the service: Supabase (database hosting and authentication), Stripe (payment processing), and OpenAI (AI content generation — only the data entered in forms is transmitted, without personally identifiable information). We do not sell or share your data for advertising purposes.
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all your data is permanently deleted (generation history, profile, usage data).
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights: right of access to your personal data, right to rectification, right to erasure (right to be forgotten), right to data portability, right to object, and right to restriction of processing. HookLab only uses cookies strictly necessary for the operation of the service: authentication session cookies managed by Supabase. No tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies are used.
